Wednesday Night Prayer Meeting and Bible Study
Regular weekly prayer meetings offer an opportunity to “bear on another’s burdens” and to make our requests known to the Lord. This is followed by an in-depth Bible study.
Meetings begin in September and end in May. The ladies participate in a variety of activities including shopping trips to Birch Run, Frankenmuth, and Shipshewana, caroling, movie night, progressive dinners, conferences, retreats, crafts, secret pals, and prayer moms (women mentoring and praying for the girls within the church).
Men’s Time Out
The men take part in numerous activities such as the annual Men-Boys Fishing Trip, athletic events, retreats and conferences, and prayer dads (men mentoring and praying for the boys within the church).
Church family and friends 55 and older meet monthly on the 2nd Tuesday at noon for food and fellowship as well as educational presentations, field trips, and other activities. The group has taken trips to Uncle John’s Cider Mill and Christian Resources International, had presentations about genealogy and Michigan immigrants and programs by the Robert Raikes Academy, and shared games, crafts, devotionals, hymns, Soup and Salad luncheons, and more.
